2. No Guarantees of Specific Results

Simplified Social LLC does not guarantee any specific results from our coaching services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • A specific increase in followers.

  • A specific increase in views.

  • A specific increase in engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.).

Results vary based on individual effort, the quality of the content produced, adherence to strategies discussed, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that success on Instagram requires ongoing effort and is not solely dependent on the coaching provided.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies and recommendations provided during coaching. Simplified Social LLC is not responsible for:

  • The client’s ability to execute the strategies.

  • External factors affecting Instagram performance (e.g., platform algorithm changes, audience behavior).

4. Refund Policy

All sales of coaching services are final. Due to the nature of personalized coaching and digital products, refunds will not be provided once services have commenced. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Simplified Social LLC in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Communication and Feedback

Clients are encouraged to communicate openly and provide feedback during the coaching process. Simplified Social LLC strives to tailor sessions to meet individual goals and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Simplified Social LLC is not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or negative outcomes that may arise from the use of our coaching services. All services are provided “as-is,” and it is the responsibility of the client to evaluate the suitability of the strategies discussed.

Simplified Social LLC reserves the right to amend this fulfillment policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
